1 Corinthians 15: 58 (KJV)
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
If you spend 1hour with God daily in prayer, that would be a cumulative of 24 hours in a month and a total 15 full days in a year, how much more if you spend 2hours, that would be a full month before God.
If you win one soul per week, you would have led more than 40 people to Jesus within a year. If you give $100 to your local church weekly, you would have given up to $10,000 in a year, (That will be huge).
If you memorize one verse of the scripture daily, you would have mastered at least 365 verses in a year (Think about this). If you help and support 2 people to move ahead in a year, you would have helped more than 20 people in a decade. Never underestimate what God can do with your small discipline.
Now, I am giving you this statistics to show the power of consistency. This is what I researched and I apply it to my life. It can help you to have a good financial behaviour as well, to plan and organize your prayer and Bible study life.
Success comes from doing consistently what others do occasionally. There is power in routines.
Consistency over little things is what birth great things and small numbers really add up when we pay attention to them. Success comes from doing consistently what others do occasionally.
Salvation is God’s work, but growth and development is your duty. Spiritual growth is your daily commitment to growing and living a life fulfils God’s plans and purposes.
Our lives is the sum total of the decisions and the actions that we take overtime. Every single devotion to God and to Gods people will never go unrewarded in this life and hereafter.
Fight to be consistent. Fight to give to give your tithes and offering. Fight to save some money, you won’t regret this. Fight for your health. Fight to pray because something is fighting you not to pray as well. Fight to have and maintain integrity. Fight to walk in purity and holiness. Fight to walk in love. Fight to serve. Fight to attend church services. Fight to be consistent. Be steadfast. It is a good fight of faith.
