Colossians 1: 27 (KJV)
27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
The Word Glory from this verse is from the Greek Word – DOXA. It means everything God is and everything God has. This is the climax! This is the ultimate! What Moses could not stand to behold is what lives in us.
Let’s look that the 3 phases of God’s Glory In A Man
- The glorification of the man in Christ At Salvation
Romans 8: 30 (KJV)
Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
At salvation, the human spirit receives the glory of God. Salvation is to call into the glory of God. This is where everything started. By redemption, we have become sharers of His glory. Whether you know it or not, you carry the measure of God’s in your human spirit because of God’s indwelling presence
- The glorification of the saints (this happens in the future)
1 Corinthians 15 : 51 – 54 (KJV)
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
Glorification of our bodies is the ultimate goal of God’s saving grace, completing the process of redemption. It involves the resurrection of believers’ bodies and their transformation into glorified, perfect and immortal bodies.
- The glorification of the human (earthen) vessel (this happens on the earth, it must be experience now)
Jesus too experienced it at Mount Of Transfiguration in Luke 9:28 – 32.
We can host and express the glory of God in our earth vessel. This is the vitality of our redemption! Jesus experienced it at Mount Of Transfiguration (Luke 9:28 – 32)
Peter experienced it too, they placed their sick in the streets, and as Peter passed by, his shadow fell on them and the sick folks were healed (Acts 5: 15)
God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul, So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them. (Acts 19: 11 – 12)
Our physical body can dispense the glory of God, not in heaven in the sweet by and by, but right here and right now.
2 Corinthians 4: 7
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
The treasure of God is locked inside, the glory of God is shut inside the human spirit; it is right there. The Manifest presence is the evidence that shows the manifestation of God’s ability physically. Manifest presence is always physical or tangible. The manifest presence is the intensity of the manifestation of God in a tangible form.
Under the power of God, you are the one God is using; but under the glory, God is the one at work. He takes over. This is the glory of God dispensed from the human vessel without any input.
