Hebrews 4: 16 (KJV)
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
This is an invitation! An invitation to the throne of grace. The throne of grace is the reserved place of God’s mercy. You may have heard the phrase “Life is not fair”, but I tell you of a truth today that “The mercy of God makes life fair”
MERCY ALWAYS STEPS IN WHEN YOU ARE AT THE END OF YOURSELF…
When you read the stories of the Patriarchs; Abraham, Joseph, Esther, Job, the things we celebrate in their lives were not things they had control over; but the mercy of God pulled through.
If you can control everything, you don’t need God’s mercy. There are things your faith can not organize, that must be received by mercy. When things are beyond your control, what is needed is the mercy of God.
You rob yourself when you don’t allow God to spend his mercy on you. Today, look up to God for mercy. Come boldly unto the throne of grace and obtain mercy. It is your season of mercy!
DECLARATION
I obtain God’s mercy today. Mercy prevails in my life and all that concerns me. I am positioned for God’s mercy today, Amen.
