God invests in the total man; his spirit, soul and body. Man is a tripartite being. Man is a spirit, he has a soul and he lives in a body. If God cares so much about our spirit, soul and body, we also should attention to these three things
Man is a spiritual being, life also is spiritual. Everything happens first in the Spirit. Whatever you will become will happen first in your Spirit.

Proverbs 20: 27 (KJV)
The spirit of a man is the candle of the Lord, searching all the inward parts of the belly.
If you notice well in the scriptures I read, He talks about The Spirit of Man, that is our spirit. Our spirit is the inward man. The spirit of a man is the real man, and it is the channel which God communicates. Some call it conscience. I’d like to call the Spirit man
Man is a spirit, he has a soul, and he lives in a body. The part of man that is born again is the spirit, the inward man. It is the spirit that becomes the new creature; it is the spirit of a man that receives eternal life.
Our spirit man is the lamp by which God will guide us. The witness that we are the children of God is communicated through in our spirit, the leading of God will also be through our spirit.
So, God will guide, lead and enlighten us through the Holy Spirit that is living in our spirit. The signal, the leading and the direction of God will happen in our spirit. God will never lead us by our physical senses, nowhere in the Bible did God says He would guide though our mentality.
One thing you must pay attention to is your Spirit. If your Spirit says yes, don’t say No! Follow the signals coming from your spirit man; Green (to go), Red (to Stop), Amber (which is a warning or to slow down).
All signals, directions and clarity will come from your spirit. God will never lead you by your senses, it will come through your spirit man
Romans 8: 14 (KJV)
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
How Do You Pay Attention to your spirit man? Through the inward witness, the inward voice from within you. Every born again child of God has An Inward Voice.
Romans 8: 16 (KJV)
The Spirit himself beareth witness with our spirit that we are the children of God. Every child of God has the witness of the Spirit.
There are different kinds of voices in the world, and everyone is making their choices and decisions based on what or who they listen to. Whether those voices appeal to you or not, but the fact remains that our world is controlled by different kinds of voices.
DECLARATION
I am led by the Holy Spirit, I pay attention to the voice of the Holy Spirit in my conscience. I train myself to corporate with the inward witness coming from within. I gain direction and clarity always.
