Some folks are seen as successful because they live in a comfortable apartment in a choice area of the city, with no financial or health challenge; but when they withdraw to their closets, they evidently battle incurable sickness, depression and some contemplate suicide.
Those whom are thought to have their lives fixed together are many times the most helpless.
One from the natural perspective may look upon such fellows with awe and even desire their lives; but only a spiritual man sees people and things from a spiritual perspective. He judges no man after the flesh!
Some people may think that “low class folks” are easily converted to the gospel; but lots of rich folks out there battle with worse conditions and are in urgent need of the gospel.
Romans 1: 16 [TLB] –For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is God’s powerful method of bringing all who believe it to heaven. This message was preached first to the Jews alone, but now everyone is invited to come to God in this same way.
Salvation is not exclusively reserved for anyone. Jesus didn’t die for any class of people. Philip didn’t spare the Ethiopian Eunuch’s nobility and Paul didn’t consider Agrippa’s status.
The gospel is both for the poor and the rich, for kings and men, to the sick and the healthy, to masters and slaves.
Onesimus was a runaway slave of Philemon, but when he believed the gospel; Paul wrote to Philemon and asked him to receive Onesimus as a “brother beloved” (Philemon 10 – 17).
The gospel is not a respecter of status, what God deals with is the new creation. Paul has begotten both of them in the gospel, both the master and the slave! The message is for all not exclusively reserved for anyone. Just like Paul, be inspired to bring the gospel to everyone irrespective of gender, background, age, race or status.
DECLARATON
I live to turn many unto righteousness. I live to snatch people from darkness to light. I am made all things to all men for Christ’s sake. Glory to God!
