Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
The emphasis in today’s devotional is the ending part of this scripture “because as he is, so are we in this world”. I love the way The Message Bible puts it “our standing in the world is identical with Christ’s.”
The believer’s boldness stems from what Jesus accomplished for us in His substitutionary work; in His suffering, death, burial and resurrection. We are Jesus’ representatives on earth, we are His hands and feet. Jesus is no more in this world physically; we are the Jesus men see.
The believer in Christ Jesus is called to live an extra ordinary and supernatural life. Jesus walked in the fullness of God’s authority, power and grace; in the same vein, we are designed to mirror Jesus in all fullness of power, grace and possibilities.
John 1: 16 (KJV)
And of His fullness have we all received, and grace from grace.
Everything the Father vested in Jesus has been vested in the believer as well in every measure; if it is in Christ Jesus, it is supposed to be fully operative in the believer. This is legally true!
The new creation in Christ is not some improved version of a specie or an updated version of the old creation. We are entirely “BRAND NEW BEINGS”, we are beings that never existed before; with new history, order and pedigree. We have the life and the nature of God in its very essence. We are the Jesus men can see physically. We function with the best of two worlds, we are humans, yet divine. What A Blessing!
Therefore, we can stop death and bring in joy and life. We can heal and remove sickness, diseases, infirmities from men’s body and cast out demons like Jesus would do if He were to be here physically. No wonder He told us in John 20: 20 … “As the Father has sent me, so I send you”.
Every believer is supposed to be a blessing, bring solutions, solve problems and proffer answers to the numerous challenges of life. We are the Jesus men see, meet and touch.
No one should meet you and remain the same. When people come in contact with you, they come in contact with Jesus. When people hear from you, it is as though they heard from God; because we have become the extension of Jesus on earth.

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
The Greater One lives in us. We have great backing. We are powered by an endless life. The One we represent is mightier, stronger and more powerful than any force in the world. You must know who you have believed and be conscious of who lives on the inside of you. God almighty lives in me! Hallelujah!
Make up your mind today to be the Jesus men see. Become the last stop for every problem people face. You’re anointed and capable of so much more. See yourself solving problems and bringing answers. You are the Jesus at the place of work, home, street, city and nation. Glory!
DECLARATION
I am the Jesus men see, meet and touch. I am equal to the task. I am anointed. The authority of Jesus has been vested on me and I mirror Jesus in all fullness of grace, glory and boldness.
