Proverbs 3: 5 – 6 [KJV]
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Trust is a cogent expression of our faith. It means to have full assurance and confidence that God will not fail or let you down. You must trust God to respect the action of the faith you have displayed in his Word. You must never come into a point where you doubt or think whether the Word will work or not.
You must trust God enough for answers even when the situations get worse and it does not look like things would change for good. Trusting God is a full and total reliance on Him and His Word.
When you set out to trust God, you don’t figure things out on your own anymore. You don’t operate by senses or fleshy perceptions; trusting God requires all your heart, soul and body.
You must be fully persuaded like Abraham that God was able to do what he has promised. The woman with the issue of blood never doubted the ability of Jesus. She trust Jesus and His power enough such that she kept telling herself “if I may touch but his clothes, I shall be made whole” and she got her answer.
God’s power is always available, and our faith must always be turned on to connect into God’s power and ability. When it comes to trusting God, don’t try to figure things out. Don’t lean unto your own understanding. Trust in the Lord with all your heart.
Your duty is to be express your faith, God’s duty is to make the supply. God can do it anyway or anyhow; “the ways and the hows of God” is not your concern. Express your faith and trust the Lord to make it happen.
DECLARATON
I trust in the Lord with all my heart and I lean not unto my discretion. I am guided by the Word of God and I am worry free. Glory to God!
