1 Thessalonians 5:23 (KJV)
And the God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
God’s will is for the total man —— spirit, soul and body, not some part of him. Christ is the Lord of the spirit, soul and body. God cares for your body and soul as much as He cares for your spirit man. The spirit alone can not function without a sound mind and body. The total or the complete man is a man that has soundness of the spirit, soul and body.
Settle it today in your innermost being that God does not want any part of you to become idle or ineffective. You’re meant to be sound, well and alive in your spirit, soul and body. Don’t settle for anything than God’s best for you. Wellness and wholeness is yours today and always.
Don’t only focus on spiritual growth then abandon your mind or the body. Your mind and your body are channels through which God communicates and transmits His divine verities on the earth. He wants you blameless spirit, soul and body. Yield yourself today to this reality and live a life that is blameless before the Lord. Glory to God!
