Psalm 16: 11 (NKJV)
You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
God’s presence is an arena of joy. Joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit. The character of God is joy, and with Him are pleasures and enjoyment.
Joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit and a product of the recreated human Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the producer of joy and his indwelling presence in us sets us in a default mode of perpectual joy.
You must determine what you want to get from God. Serving God is not a mystery, it is a call to fellowship and to enjoy the glory of His presence and grace.
The greatest gift of all God has made available for us to enjoy is He himself. He is our great joy.
Today stir up the joy of the Lord in you. Refuse sadness, refuse to be perturbed. Joy has come, joy is here and it abounds forever. Glory to God!
