He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lordshall have them in derision.
God is pouring out his joy so strongly in this last days. The spirit of joy is causing people to laugh and make merry. There’s a shortage of joy in the world today, there are stories of chaos everywhere you turn to, news outlets and social media are filled with despair, but in the midst of all these, God’s children are drawing out joy from the wells of salvation.
God our father sits on the throne in the heavens and laughs, what should his children be doing on the earth? Laugh and laugh! Glory to God! The Holy Spirit is the spirit of joy. There’s an outpouring of joy like a mighty wave and it is happening right now to you.
The Holy spirit does not only produce tongues, he produces joy; he’s the source of joy, he is our great joy. He causes us to have joy unspeakable as full of glory.
Rejoicing in the Lord is not a suggestion, it is a command! It is one of the duties you must prioritize. Just as we emphasize prayer, bible study, commitment to the local, generosity and many more, we must place high priority on rejoicing.
Kenneth E. Hagin said, there’s a special blessing God reserves only for joyful people. Everyone must have a moment in their lives when they can turn their joy from minimum to maximum. I know you have prayed, fasted and you’re expecting a miracle; it is time to count it all joy.
Practice joy now! I’d like you to take a moment right now and rejoice, leap for joy and let it out; shake off that pain, get rid of that sad mood and turn up your joy. Shout and rejoice! Rise up on your feet and rejoice, laugh and make merry. Your season of joy is here! Glory to God!

I got the joy of the Holy Ghost. I make merry in the Lord my God. The spirit of joy overwhelms me always. I am triumphant and victorious forever!
