Whenever you hesitate on what God has told you to do or you refuse to act on the promptings of the Holy Spirit, you are giving Satan the chance to be a step ahead of you.
If you’re really going to walk and live by faith, you must get rid of hesitation at all cost. Hesitation is a harmful habit and it disrupts God’s plan. To hesitate is to be double minded, a doubled minded man is a man of unbelief, and unbelief will scoop you out of God’s will.
James 1:6 – 8 (KJV)
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
You can not walk with God and be hesitant at the same time. You must always move in the pace of God. Mary told them at the wedding at Cana when they ran out of wine, she said “Whatever he tells you to do, do it”. They followed Jesus order and they got the result.
Hesitation will abort the move of God. You can not be switching between faith and fear anytime you have challenges, you must make up your mind to act on what the Word says. Kill the habit of hesitation today, settle it forever and determine never to waste any moment of your life in hesitation. Glory to God!
