Psalm 92: 13 – 14 (KJV)
13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
God designs that “being planted comes before flourishing”. God designs that our being planted in the house of God can determine or success. Your establishment in the house of God will determine your success in life.
The Lord designed the church as a distribution system. There are many things that Jesus distributes to His people and it happens through the anointed men, pastors, prophets He has sent to us and the place or community we are planted.
Psalm 84: 7 (KJV)
They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.
There’s a release of strength imparted to you when you appear before God. You can not succeed until you have strength to succeed. You can not conquer until you have courage to conquer. Physical strength is not the factor of success, muscles cannot win the battles of life, muscles can win at WWE or in WrestleMania , but not in the school of success.
You need a higher strength, higher power, higher wisdom and higher aid. That’s the reason God places us in a supernatural community and under supernatural leadership.
The only way to flourish and succeed God’s way is to be planted in the Christ and in the house of God.
Being planted means to be placed or settled in a particular location, community, or system for growth, while Being rooted means to have established a deep, firm, and secure connection and foundation, allowing for stability and inner strength even amid challenges.
Planting is the initial action of settling. Rooting is the subsequent process of developing a strong and resilient foundation.
Where are you now? What phase are you? Are you planted and rooted in Christ? Are available for growth? Are you committed to a local church? Are being built up, nurtured and groomed in Christ?
